2012 MACC Fund Kids Calendars – Find them at Laacke & Joys!

Laacke & Joys is a supporter of the MACC Fund, Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer. Every Fall, we sponsor the annual Plane Pull – partnering with Frontier Airlines to raise money for the MACC Fund. While teams join together to “pull against childhood cancer” for the Plane Pull, we also join together with this special project to benefit the MACC Fund and kids in our community.

The 2012 MACC Fund Cute Kids Calendars are beautifully designed and 100% of the money raised from the sale of the calendar goes to The MACC Fund. We had the honor of meeting one of the girls, featured in the month of October. Her and her mom were shopping at our Mequon Store over the holidays and we were able to capture this photo of them.

We hope you find the calendars as special as we do. We are grateful to work with the MACC Fund in this special project and look forward to your support as we all join together to fight childhood cancer.

Mortenson Portrait Design of Waukesha has teamed up with The Marek Group in Pewaukee to create the 2012 Calendars and in addition to the Cute Kids contestants, who had their portraits taken in February and March 2011, the calendars feature touching stories and images of children who are currently in their fight against cancer and related blood disorders.

An exciting addition to this year’s calendar is a touching paragraph written by Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packer Quarterback and 2010 Super Bowl MVP and MACC Fund partner. He is featured on the back cover with his photo and signature.

Calendars sell for $10 each or 3 for $25. They make great gifts and are available through Mortensen Portrait Design and Laacke & Joys.
